What is the difference between Panoramic Spotlights and Matterport 3D Spaces?
Panoramic Spotlights include a virtual tour with three (or more) 360° images, and your Shoot2Sell photos. You decide which rooms get a 360° image, and you also get the flexibility to add audio, immersive embedded video, and more.
Matterport 3D Spaces are "walkthrough" 360° spaces -- every room in the house is a 360° image. Matterport 3D Spaces also include the Matterport "dollhouse" view. We can only produce a Floorplan from a Matterport 3D Space.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium quality Panoramas?
Standard Quality Panoramas are made with high-definition photos taken with a special 360° camera. For most properties, they deliver an immersive, beautiful result.
Premium Quality Panoramas are HDR images, made with multiple exposures using a DSLR camera and special 360° equipment. These panoramas are the best choice for larger properties with lots of natural lighting. Premium quality panoramas also have a higher level of detail to show off unique features, fixtures, and selling points.

What is Twilight Photography?
Twilight photography allows the home to glow from within, giving it that warm and inviting appeal. These appointments take place approximately one hour before sunset. The interiors are photographed first, and towards the end of the appointment, the exteriors are photographed.
Because this is a specialized session and “after hours,” there is an additional charge for this appointment slot. Keep in mind that there are only a certain amount of slots available during the week, so we recommend you call a few days in advance to book a Twilight appointment.

Why did I get a 403 Error message?
The most common reason to get an 403 or 400 error message is due to using the wrong email address to log in.
Make sure you are using the correct login information -- the email you use to do business with Shoot2Sell.
If you are still getting an error message despite using the correct login info, please contact us.
Why don’t I have my images? (It’s been 24 hours since the end of my photoshoot)
If it’s been longer than 24 hours from the end of your photoshoot and you still don’t see a delivery email from us, there could be several reasons:
- The images were delivered to your spam folder. Try and search your email for firstname.lastname@example.org, as all of our deliveries come from that address.
- The email address we have on file is incorrect or out of date. Please confirm with us at time of booking.
- The invoice has not been cleared of remaining balance.
If none of these are the case, please contact us through the web or by phone so we can resolve the issue ASAP.
Why isn’t my video showing up on Zillow?
If we uploaded your video for you, you need to approve the video with your Zillow account. If you do not have a Zillow account, you will need to create one. More details can be found here from Zillow.
