These are the guidelines and details for our Lifestyle & Brand Promotion Services. If you need more info than provided here, please use the online booking form for a full quote.
Listing Interview Guidelines
The Listing Interview service showcases a listing’s features. You write your own script, to show off your expertise and what makes the listing special. On the day of the shoot, you’ll spend a half day (at least 4 hours) recording an interview-style video.
Please take note of the following:

You must provide your own script (and cue cards if needed)

All audio (voiceover) will be recorded inside, for consistent quality

If your photos are also being taken at the same appointment, your appointment will last at least 5 hours total
-
The price for the Listing Interview ($499 + tax) includes a separate HD Highlight video of the property alone
-
The HD Highlight video is suitable for MLS
-
If you separately order other video for your listing (i.e. Aerial Video), the footage from that video can be added to your listing interview if you like
-
Aerial video is charged separately, but adding the footage to your Listing Interview is complimentary
Brand Introduction Video Guidelines
The Brand Introduction Video service makes you & your brand the star of a short video. You choose a setting for an interview & voiceover; either a listing or your office (or home). Then, you pick one other location in your area to show off the neighborhood. The shoot takes place over one half day (at least 4 hours).
Please take note of the following:

You must provide your own script (and cue cards if needed)

Actors are welcome — you must bring them yourself

The Brand Introduction Video will be shot at two locations maximum. One location must be your office, a listing of yours, or your home. The second location may be anywhere reasonably close to the first (within 15 minutes travel time)

All audio (voiceover) will be recorded inside at the first location, for consistent quality

Aerial footage is not included in the price ($999) of the Brand Introduction Video

Lifestyle Photos are not included in the the Brand Introduction Video.

You can add Lifestyle Photos; they are 10 for $199

If you add Lifestyle Photos, they must be taken at the same two locations as the Brand Introduction Video

If you have separately ordered other photos or videos from us (for listings), those can be added to your Brand Introduction video if you like
-
Shooting locations must be provided in advance of the shoot, and we reserve the right to disapprove a shooting location for any reason
Full Lifestyle Package Video & Photo Guidelines
The Full Lifestyle Package service includes Lifestyle Photos, HD Video, and Aerial Video, from multiple locations of your choosing. You’ll get multiple cuts of your finished video to fit wherever it’s needed. That means short versions for social media, long versions for your website, and anything else you need. You should plan for this full-service production to span about two full days of shooting.

Full Lifestyle Package services are custom quoted. Please be prepared with a full list of desired content so we can give you an accurate price
